Yoga is for everyone. The YogaWell philosophy is to bring yoga to Suffolk’s villages and towns to help improve health and wellbeing across the whole community. Whether you are experienced or an absolute beginner, my welcome is always warm and inclusive.

Who we are
YogaWell began in 2025 in the small Suffolk village of Ixworth where Lyndsey Allsopp was the Headteacher of the local primary school for 7 years. Lyndsey set about establishing a community led approach to wellbeing for all ages based around an accessible philosophy - yoga for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to a session soon!
